Error Code Issue Troubleshooting Steps
Error 30 (Flashing all levels, both bars in Base Display) Communication failure between the controller and other components. 1. Check all connectors for secure, clean, and proper alignment.
2. Replace components in this order:
- Display → test the system.
- Battery mount → test again.
- Motor wheel → replace as a last step.
3. If the issue persists, a replacement dispatch may be necessary.
Error 21 (PAS flashing at level 1 in Base Display) Motor current abnormality. 1. Check the motor cable connection to ensure it's secure and undamaged.
2. If the issue persists, further diagnostics or a replacement may be required.
Error 25 (PAS flashing at levels 3 and 5 in Base Display) Brake sensor malfunction. 1. Disconnect the brake sensors and check if the kit operates normally without them.
2. The error can occur if the kit is turned on while a brake is engaged. To reset:
- Turn off the kit.
- Ensure that both brakes are fully released.
- Turn the kit back on and check if the issue is resolved.
3. If the error persists, inspect the brake sensor installation for misalignment or damage.
Error 26 (Undervoltage warning in LED Display) Low battery voltage. 1. Charge the battery to resolve the issue.
2. If the warning does not disappear after charging, the battery may be compromised and experiencing undervoltage. In this case, a replacement may be needed.
Red Exclamation Mark (!) Symbol in LED Display This is not an error code. The symbol briefly appears after turning on the kit and does not indicate a malfunction. No action is needed.
